19K out of any chain is about average. Regina, RK, Tsubaki, D-I-D are all
quality chains. Get thyself a ScottOiler! :^) BTW - I had forgotten how
important proper chain slack is on a GTS. I tend to run my chains a little
looser for safety, but decided to adjust to Yamaha recommended .6 - .8
inches with the bike on the centerstand. It does make a world of difference
on this bike! A slack chain simply exacerbates (SA bait) the typical surging
problem on most GTS. Properly adjusted, the surging is almost unnoticable.

Has anyone had any experience with a Regina brand o-ring chain?
I just wore one out in 19,000 miles, that was to be guaranteed for 50K.

I got to stop riding so much these chains & tires are killing my budget!
