You can't. Or rather, you shouldn't. I don't remember all the chemistry
that occurs, but the long story short is that the electrolyte won't
help. The lead is what usually 'dissolves' away and that is a
non-replaceable item. Electrolyte is just a cataylist. Or something to
that effect, please don't hold me to the jargon as it applies. There
have been so-called battery rejuvenators in a bottle that you add to the
battery but as I recall, they just dissolve the lime off of the lead
plates to allow a little longer life.

My 2 cents. If anyone feels a burning desire to elaborate on this,
please feel free. I'm just used to give the short version of things, too
many years in management I suppose. And I don't like to type that much
either. :^)
