There is a rumor on vfr list that canadian TV has reported a while ago that there was lead found in Lazer Revolution breath deflector. Did anyone hear anything about this? I own this helmet, so I have a vested interest in this matter :-( And breath deflector is important because it eliminates the fogging... The mask is made of rubber but have some metal bits in it which are not in contact with the face (but are in contact with the air). I wonder should that be a concern... Is testing for lead something that can be done on your own. Could the lead be in rubber part (that does contact the face)?
