LS, I owned a concours (1000GTR) in europe for four years, previous to my GTS. vibrating handlebars are a common thin amongst older concours macines. I noticed that mine had different weights on the handlebars than a lot of other concours, I never felt any vibration. One other thing about them is tire sizes. The tire size is a little different than regular tires, so there are not too many tires to chose from. I always had dunlops on it, because they are the preferred brand in the Netherlands for this machine. When the front tire gets more worn out, the bike will tend to shimmy a little, however not noticable when riding with 2 hands on the steer. For more info, mail me. Michel
