Yep,I got them from Rob's accessories.It came one week after I placed my
order from him.Perhaps we can ask him to redesign the lid so that we can
interchange it with our present krauser hardbag

The aluminium strip that you mentioned is the one that is between the
hardbag,is it?Maybe you can visit him and ask him to demonstrate on how to
remove it :)
