Well, let's see where to start on that one.......

First, go to Europe.....sure.  I have to go to meetings in Athens this
summer.  No, not the Athens where you are now, but the one across the big
pond where your ancestors were.

But bring back a Euro-bike??  No.  Simply no.  I don't need the hassles of
a grey market bike.  I have a GTS, thank you, and parts for that puppy are
rare enough.  I'd like an SZR660 from Yamaha, and Kelly found one for me
in California, but the same thing....no, but thanks Kelly.

I like unusual bikes, it's true, but for touring in particular, I'd like
one that can be fixed in some little town in the middle of nowhere.
Without waiting 3 weeks on parts (those places get boring after the first
few hours of visiting).

If Yamaha brings in the FJR, and doesn't wait for the ST replacement and
ZX12 derivative to show up first, I'd be a likely person to purchase.  If
they screw around much longer I'll likely make other arrangements.
