The opportunity to try these shields is critical!
Depending on your height, some screens might not work
well. I'm only 6'1" (185.42cm) and, using a variety
of devices, determined the Clearview +6" would be
necessary to put my head in reasonably still air. I
have one now and the drawbacks are a lot of buffeting
and screen shake, due to the barn-door aerodynamics of
the shield, material thickness, and the lack of a
vent. (also a comensurate decrease in top-end and fuel
mileage due to the aforementioned aerodynamics). This
is why some would give their left testicle (ovary) for
the GIVI tall screen no longer in production. :>(
SOMEBODY put a vent in a big Clearview--how did that
work???
