Trust me guys there is a lot worst than microsoft outlook. Since they have been bought by AOL, Warner Brother have to switch all there E-mail system from outlook to AOL. I don't know on a technical point of view, but has a user, going from outlook to AOL mail it like going back to Windows 3.1 . There a lot of features that were there than won't be there anymore. I guess that for personal usage, AOL mail can do the job, but on a enterprise level, it's not there.
