Are you comparing the aerodynamics of a GTS to a Hayabusa by way of Kawasaki?
Sounds to me like they thought that looks were more important to the retail
public than performance/technology. Looking at a Hayabusa should end any
questions about aerodynamic superiority. Look no further than the fairing
shape and tapered alan head bolts that clamp the front axle in the forks.
One question that may never be settled is was the GTS just too far ahead of
its time, in the appearance department? At the time, 1993/4, it was a more
Euro style appearance and not what the US market was into.
