OK....I booked two nights. If a lot of folks want to show up and make a
party out of it I'd be easily persuaded to extend another night, but I
figure a couple nights in one place is usually the most I do on a tour. I
wouldn't have to leave early on the 15th, could easily check out and ride
some that day, then head out a few miles that afternoon.

Mt Evans is a must. I've not set any particular agenda, but one of the
days I'd assume most people would want to do that, as a group. I figure
that trek would take much of but not all of a day, so people could stay in
one group or, more likely, split into various groups after Mt Evans and do
side tours to all kinds of places. Steamboat, Loveland Pass, Berthoud
Pass, most any Pass........

Best details I can give now was the time frame in my original post on this
trip. I'd head out after the 14th, most likely the 15th, and head to
someplace more or less south of Twin Forks. Heck, if you're going to Moab
on your way back, I'd consider that. I absolutely must be back in Las
Cruces by the following weekend, but Moab isn't that far out of the way.
As for work dates, get that week off. As for planning specific routes and
such, I figure everyone can kind of work around the schedule on their own
to see what meshes with their own preferences.

Nope, but I'll e-mail him. You recall he moved to Santa Fe. And if he
wants to go along, gathering folks for part of the ride from Santa Fe
would make some sense.

That's up to everyone else, but a fair number of folks have indicated
interest. That's part of why I gave it as much structure as I did, so
folks can start to plan things like time off.

I'll be away from the 'puter for a few days, other details will have to
wait......

Kelly, let me know what kind of routes you're planning and we'll work with
it.
