what you could do is offer yourself as a test mule.
If they have a chip that works, it would be a great
market--I know I'd buy one. Tell them you will offer
to test it for a month--give them a test drive on your
bike before and after, put it on a dyno and record the
surging, tell them you will report to the list on your
findings. I would say you could practically gaurantee
10 sales if the chip is effective, and almost
certainly more.
They get cheap/free R&D, you get to try an untested
product risk free.
Buy 'em a pint of tetley's and propose it. If they
agree, buy 'em one from me.
