Hi folks,
Because I won't get a new abs unit, I decided to rebuild the old one.
Had some problems with the rear piston, because I have damaged some peaces, they were
very rusty, so I couldn't get them appart. Therefore the rear brake pedal sinks a
little lower than it usualy does.
I need replace parts!
Has someone got the Unit demounted?
There is a identification plate on it what says the type and trade mark.
Can someone please pass me that, mine is back installed so I can't see the plate
anymore.
Another thing is that the front ABS doesnt give the kick back propperly, could it be
that the solenoid valve still full of air? (After 10 times running the self test)
Can't find out what's wrong with it, I followed the rebuild procedure and didn't lost
any parts.
I didnt placed the solenoid valves wrong, checked already...
Everything works except the kickback is only little noticable when I pull the brake.
The front brake works fine, is even firmer then it was.
Anyone any ideas?
