ABS pump again .
Using the replacement spares and making sure that there is no small
particles of dirt in any parts of the pump .
That all the parts are assembled in the correct order ( pay particular
attention to the ball bearings position and the small pistons direction ).
Make sure the small pistons move freely .
Or you could send me the whole pump and i'll strip and rebuild it for you
( as long as the pump parts aren't damaged ).

You can do two things , when bleeding release and retighten the banjo bolts
on the top of the pump , when you have the brake under pressure , this
should remove air trapped in the pump ( but not all of it ).
The other is to operate the pump in dealer mode ( make the ABS system work
without riding the bike ) a few times and then rebleed the brakes .
