Yeah Bob I did get the SV650S...it's gotten more of my butt lately than the
GTS...but mostly because the GTS is out of inspection. You're right
though...for the money it's very hard to beat. Spent the weekend removing
and cleaning the carbs (cursing and swearing at no fuel injection!) I go
some water in a recent fill up, and the bike just hasn't ran right since.
Turns out the needle was loose....reset and now I'm back to learning how to
wheelie....scary but lots of fun.
I hope to head out on the GTS the week of July 9th and hit Dayton, OH. for a
business meeting.
Safe riding folks...I'm off to Northern Ontario for 10 days or so. Brain is
fried crispy and I need a break. I'll check out the sport bike rally in
Parry Sound while I'm up there too.
