Cooling techniques for the upper body: Coolmax? Silk?

I wonder what people use under jackets to stay cool when temperature is north or 80
and humidity is low.

Would a coolmax shirt help at all? How does coolmax compare to silk?

There was some sparse thick mesh/knit top in Bohn catalog a while ago.
Does anyone use that and can comment?


I hope we can skip the watercooling method discussion this time ;-)
