sticking speedometer

On my quest to get my newly acquired GTS on the road, I've come up with
another problem. My speedo sticks at around 20 mph and around 40 mph. I
suspect the ABS sensors are used for the speedo, so I'll check them
tonight. I saw that someone had a similar problem, but I didn't see any
resolution posted. Has anyone out there had the same problem? If so, what
was the fix?
