No, not at all. I just assume that most people don't bother trying to fight
a traffic ticket whether they are truly guilty or not.
Because:
1. Its your word against the cops, and in your in front of a judge whose a
part of the money making machine. Unless you have a witness to back you up,
chances are you'll loose, guilty or not.
2. In many cases its cheaper to just pay the ticket than spend a day in
court to fight it.
I think most people who do try to fight are just hoping that the cop doesn't
show and the case is dismissed.
