Cost including p&p was NLG 155 (dutch Guilders) ordered through
www.roukama.nl
I believe he postorders internationally.

Since I'm not aware of the exchange rate from $ to NLG, I won't give an
estimate on US prices.

I ordered last friday, got them in today.
