I use a round dial-type analog guage, as I have heard
in sevaral places that they are the most accuruate
consumer guage.  The kind that looks like a lollipop
with a short stick.

The I just use the one guage, as I freak out every
time I use more than one, since they are always
different by a couple of puonds.
