Absolutely not true. When I was clerking for a judge,
we had this case. Indecent exposure, and DWI. Should
have been FWI and DWI.
She was facing him on the tank, he was riding,
swerving. The plainclothes pulls up next to them at a
light, sees the shaggage, radios for a marked unit.
The marked unit stops them, she gets off (!) one side,
pulls down her skirt. He gets off the other side,
drops the bike, zips up.
Her (sheepishly): "It's my 40th birthday."
Him: Blows a .23 BAC.
I can't even talk at .23, and he is riding and
screwing. I'd like to meet this guy in a bar
sometime.
