A friend of mine has a contact with Ohlins. He has just done a group deal
for the Thunderace list on shocks for a good price.
Out of interest he enquired about GTS fitments. The news coming back was a
little disturbing. His information is that Ohlins have discontinued
production of GTS units from now on (yes Pete you just got in, in time). The
story is that Ohlins never sold enough to keep them viable.
They now will only produce them in batches of six in their race preparation
facility only. Price unknown.
Some dealers may still have stocks, who knows.
Technoflex still list the shocks, but I'm not sure about availability.
Fournales are available, but there seems to be little information about
these units, at least on a testimonial basis.
You may like to ask around locally to see if this information is in fact
correct.
