Trying to Communicate

I have been clicking on the link on the GTS Mailing list FAQ page to try and send 
responses.  mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]  Each time it has come back undelivered.  
This time I typed in the address as it appears in one of the emails from the group.  I 
am sending this first to see if it goes through.  If it does I will then send another.
