Rob,

At times there have been folks on the list who own both the FZR 1000 and
the GTS at the same time--I was one of those a few years ago, but since
have sold the FZR.

However, the FZR had a temp guage instead of a light, as I recall.  I
always thought that would be the easiest to install on the GTS.  Sending
unit should be a no-brainer, since the engines are the same at their core.

Should be able to find a place to mount the FZR guage in the GTS cockpit.

And all the parts should be readily available from breakers at a
relatively low price.  FZRs have a way of getting wadded on a regular
basis, and these are parts that should survive all but the worst of
accidents.
