Hello Leslie. I've seen a picture of what I now presume is your GTS quite a
while back. It looks like your's could be 1 of the rarest in color & model
year. I can't be 100% sure though, but I noticed your exhaust header pipes
don't seem to have the provision for the individual sensor probe (hole, nut&
bolt) . They also look like they protrude further from the motor than my
OEM's did & they also look like they're of a larger diameter than my OEM's.
Of course this could be because of a few factors for example: the time of
the morning that I'm looking at the pic's: memmory chip inside my head
getting a little faulty: hope that Yamaha did some updates over the years,
even though they didn't tell anyone: or I just forgot what my OEM pipes
really looked like & I'm just too darn lazy to dig them out of the rafters &
unpack them so I may as well just write this long & useless note & see what
happens. Well it's been fun. Be good. Ride safe. Your GTS is very cool dude.
Thanks for the pic's. Is that dirt I see on the inside of the front fender?
Or do I have something in my eyes? Just kidding. Peter Piazza.
