The thermo switch, the one with two wires coming out of it, turns on @ 221.0
degrees. It will maintain the on condition until the temp drops below 208.4
degrees.
The Thermo unit, the switch with one wire that lights the warning light,
comes on @ 248 degrees and stays on till the temp drops below 235.4 degrees.
Both switches remain open below their minimum stated operating temperatures.
