Wanna see something REALLY weird? There's this guy in the Vmax club who's added two 6-gallon tanks to his Vmax. He calls it the "P-51 'Max" for reasons that'll become obvious when you look at the picture on my page: http://www.the-clearing.org/Photos/Vmax/011027/10270067.JPG He claims that he can go 800 miles on a fill-up, and has gone 750 miles without getting out of the saddle. (egad!) He also has a spark plug and fuel injector in his pipes for amusement.
