What? What part of Scotland are you from that you don't get rain?!? I spent two years on the west coast in Largs and we never saw anything but rain! Admittedly, it was that light drizzle stuff that the locals called "horizontal rain." Was so windy that the rain flew sideways and that never really rained hard enough to get you wet. And no thunder and lightning there either. Weirdest weather...
