Hey Pablo, welcome to the list!

I live in Vigo, and with Henrique Talbot in Lisboa I'm your closest neighbor
on the list. I don't believe there are other Spaniards with us right now, or
at least they don't post. Mike, any info about that? (Mike Weaver is our
list guru here)

I feel it is my duty to show you around a bit. Like most English-speaking
things on the net, the list is mainly US-centric, but there's people from
every corner of the world, including Australia, the Netherlands, Canada, you
name it (well... almost). If you are found to be good humoured you'll be
poked some fun at every now and then. Take it easy, it's harmless and
good-natured. If you are too good humoured and prone for jokes, you'll soon
receive a SA number certifying you as a smart ass (nothing wrong with that).

We feel it is our duty to get into never ending, overdiscussed threads every
two months or so. Our favorites are:

- endless arguing about ABS failure and whether or not Yamaha will fix for
free (not a chance in Spain).

- mind-numbing discussions about oils you can't buy over here anyway

- the dreaded tire size thread (that you might have triggered accidentally
this time: my advice? 120 is best, but you won't pass ITV with them).

Other than that, we like to brag about how our model year is faster than the
other one (red '93 vs. blue '94), although it is a FACT that red ones are
faster (ahem).

Seriously now, you'll find the guys on the list are the best source of
knowledge on everything GTS related. I guarantee you'll be amazed and will
find the list most useful.

Just out of curiosity, how long have you had the GTS? 93 or 94 model? many
miles on it?

Best,

Roberto Alonso

PS: Too bad you didn't subscribe earlier, I just visited Valencia Dec. 5-9.
Loved the place. By the way, you guys have to give the Hemisfric a good
clean!
