The regular "racing" 20w-50 synthetic and the motorcycle 20w-50 are almost
identical. There is a bit more of on particular additive in the MC stuff,
but its really for marketing purposes (according to my Amsoil tech contact).
For all practical purposes the stuff is the same, and the cost is the same.

However, the Series 2000 20w-50 is a different beast, even higher quality
(and costs more).

Regular "Racing" Amsoil 20w-50 is what I was using,
hoping to get results that would make me comfortable
with extending my intervals--which I did not. I'm
probably going to try a blend next, but may try the
2000 stuff after, or maybe the Mobil 1. I've got a
good baseline going and will keep the list informed.
