I want to love the FJR1300, but I just can't do it. I don't see what all the hoopla is about. I'm sure it's a great ride, but, regardless of color, the styling is generic and unremarkable... I'm getting a little sluggish just thinking about it.
I am disappointed that a company that at one time had the cojones to build something as visionary and edgy as the GTS, or even the TDM or V-Max for that matter, would re-enter the sport touring market with a bike that has all the pizazz of... um... dry white toast (apologies to Elwood Blues). Were I to bail on the GTS and spend $12K on another motorcycle, I would definitely want something that sparked a little inspiration.
