The factory bags are extra, as is the ABS (that can lock the tires). Also you have to get the ABS if you want the remote preload adjuster for the rear shock. Not to meantion it has a "whole shit-load" less midrange and torque than a GTS or ST. I just think the VFR is overpriced for what you're getting, but to each his own. That's why many choices in bikes is a great thing, everyone likes something different. Wish the US got all the choices our friends across the ponds get.
