Also, agressive and offensive language, even 'hidden' with a letter or two replaced with a asterisk or something, is inappropriate and unprofessional. Please try to keep the discussions on a professional level. There is no age limit on GTS list membership and I'd hate to lose subscribers due to someone being offended.
