My service manual is three books. There are two thick ones and one thick supplement. There is one with called "Service Manual, New Features". The part number in the lower right front cover is LIT-11616-09-22. The procedure is on page III-70 of that book. If you don't have the book let me know an I'll wright it out for you. Page III-16 shows a picture of the Yamaha test coupler. You don't need that. All you need is to shunt the wire that the black wire the picture shorts.
