Ordered mine Jan. 10th (don't remember the year think it was '98) and didn't get a "useable" seat until late May after paying for freight 3 times! They even sent me someone else's seat one of the times (wrong color, wrong fabric, etc.). Seat is already starting to split at one of the seams due to poor workmanship. Never again. Guess I need to find a local upolstery place to get it recovered.
