roads in Singapore are boring for a bike. Very small country, basically like riding around Maui size wise, but hot, humid and flat. Rides are all to Malaysia, but you have to ride in a group, YapHui tells me as it is somewhat dangerous. I have not ridden there. On the other hand, I rent bikes when in Sydney and head out into the outback, Blue Mountains, White Mountain, Wiseman's Ferry (sort of like going to Alice's here) or up the coast. Fabulous riding. Got to watch out for the 'roos at night though and riding on the other side of the road is interesting and takes a little concentration at first.
