Hi James,

Did you have no luck at the SideBike sidecar dealers? I'm sure that there must be 14
GTS front ends as left overs in the
Netherlands but I've told that to more people. But there are also GTS outfits without
the originally front ends in Germany and
France.

At the moment Technoflex is making a new custom build front end shock for me. Designed
for the high speeds and extra weight of my
outfit. I hope it works out as good as they told me. Maybe it is a possibillity for
your project.
Ohlins did not have the parts at stock, Hyper Pro was not at home when I called
(twice), I've allready a WP Benelux shock on the
sidecar wheel and have good experience with a rear shock on a FJ1200 outfit. I did
doubt wich brand to choose, Technoflex do have
a better sales story at the moment.

The originally shock is gone, there is no damping left over at all. But don't compare
it to a shock used on a two wheeled GTS. I
do abuse those poor shocks and hope the rear one will survive a year longer to spread
the costs
