Totally custom from scratch.  I based it loosely on the BOB YAK bicycle
trailer (i.e. it looks like a chariot and has a single back wheel, end
of similarity).  My mounting mechanism is significantly different from
BOB's patented version.  They have a fixed width mounting at the rear
axel, mine opens up (a bit more complicated to transfer the loads into
the articulating pivot).  I think mine is much beefier because I can
afford the weight as it is motor powered as opposed to pedal power for a
bike trailer. I use modified sockets grabbing the rear axel by the
nuts!  They can rotate so I don't undo the axel nuts as you go over a
hill!  No patents but already one offer from the trials mailing list to
buy one.  I want to retire, not make myself more work.
