Hello all. I need to order a set of Stainless lines for my GTS. Who is
the source for these lines?

On another front, I have attained a drawing of the Spanner wrenches for
adjusting the rear shock absorber. From the drawings I have digitized
the outline for the spanner wrench that does not come with the '93
GTS's. From that outline I have created a G-Code file that I can process
in my plasma cutter. The short version = I can produce the spanner
wrenches as needed. The one that I cut for my bike is cut out of mild
steel plate and works well. If anyone would like one of these wrenches
just email me. Cost is $3.00 to cover the USPS shipping and I will
send you one. -things to note, these are cut with a plasma cutter, not
a laser and not punched so the edges are not as clean as the factory
wrenches. they are also made of mild steel so if you don't paint them
they will eventually rust.-

I saw 2 other GTS's at Americade last week. Someone put their card on
my GTS. I don't remember who it was, the card is in with my other
Americade papers that will get organized this week sometime.

While at Americade I test rode an Aprilia SL1000 Falco. The bike is
neat, and oozes character. It was my first ride on a twin and it was
interesting. The engine seems lumpy compared to my GTS, and my WR. The
suspension and chassis felt very stable and well sorted. After riding
the Falco and jumping back on the GTS, the GTS feels like you are
driving the bike vs the Falco you are part of the package. Now I have to
ride a SuperHawk to see how it compares.
Thanks for the info,
Louis Tweed
