Interesting conclusion. Last Tuesday I got stopped by a speed control. I drove 100 km/h (62 mph) and this was 30 km (19 miles) too fast. They measured the speed by a laser beam. Now I see, that the measurement cant be trusty. I think Ill have to intervene. Ill tell them, that it only seemed like 100 km/h but actually I drove much slower than the speed limit. With your reverence Ill have a good chance to get a acquittal.
