I got mine from Herleif Sv.,Thailand. I could make a copy of the CD. There are only JPG images. PDF would be better. The pictures are a bit dark and they have a low resolution. If you�ll make your own CD anyway, scan the pictures as greyscale and with 72 dpi. The text you should scan as line, so you�ll get the best result.
