You can attach a solo top box for the GTS by givi. The brace runs behind
the krauser bags.

I have had both styles on my various GTS bikes. Both have good and bad
about them. It finally came down to what bags were the most narrow. The
small krausers had the bike at the most narrow over the small givi. The
Givi is easier to pack. The mounts for the krauser are much lighter than
the Givi. Easier to get off to work on the rear of the bike.

I fitted Nonfango luggage to my GTS:
http://www.nonfango.com/eng/home.html
I'm not sure if they're readily available in US. This is similar to
Givi system. I like the Nonfango as I can leave the rack for top box in
place and use this all the time; and fit the side cases when I need
them. I actually remove the mounting for the side cases it is so quick
to do. I have the 852 Top Box (2 helmets) and 842 TuttoNonfango cases
(which I picked up at a bargain price). The 840 or 848 cases would do.

Hope this helps.

Robin
