<snip>
 it will be a cold day in you know where before Yamaha releases another
ABS equipped bike. They do not have short memories, and take it rather
personally.

What I haven't figured out is:  I have a '95 chevy pickemup with 211000
miles on it. I've changed the brake fluid twice in seven years - I
never even THOUGHT about it until we had the GTS ABS problems. The
steel lines on the truck are badly rusted, the hoses are all original,
the calipers have never been rebuilt AND the ABS works perfectly. If
GM, who isn't known for using anything better than the bare minimum,
does this well why did Yamaha end up with corrosion problems?
