Man dies in freak goat-mauling incident CAPE TOWN - Richard Mugabe, a thirty three year old goat herder from the city of Upington, died Saturday after a vicious goat attack. Neighbors say Mugabe had been being cussing at the goat for some time and the goat "just had enough of it," as one resident stated. Mugabe was airlifted to Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town following the attack where he died. Scholars and government officials are currently debating the implications of the incident. Thomas Wahlburg of the United States Department of Defense said, "It is highly probable that terrorists were behind this attack and are more than likely planning similar attacks on all farmers in the free world." President Bush is planned to release a proposed budget amendment that will allocate an additional $500 million to step up security on farms across the US. Farmers across the nation, not waiting around for the increased protection, are already killing any farm animal that has been demonstrating "unusual behavior".
