I used Zerex, a valvoline product.
I thought it was non-silicate, but looking at their website it is actually
low-silicate. So, I will be picking up some non-silicate antifreeze and some
distilled water on my way home from work.
Silicate, ie sand, keeps the inside of the coolant passageways nice and
clean, but as I found out can cause a failure of the waterpump seal.
