If you order a cover you must self by the material you will "building
up" with. Soft or hard or combined. Use right type glue and build, cut
and adjust.
When you are happy with the result mounting the cover.

I used super glue in all sewing. And my seat is 100% weatherproof. You
can also use stearin.

Facts:
I have used my seat in about 4 month and about 6000 km (3750 miles) I
have gone 3 trips Chiang Mai - Bangkok, 700 km, with passenger. Two 5
min. stop for filling fuel, and one 15 min stop for fuel and food. My
passenger and I walking normally when we stop. The seat is the best I
ever sit on.

We also work with a backrest. If you rebuild your seat now you later can
mount the backrest

We can also make new custom cover for other bikes. Ask for information.
