Los Angeles, I typically ride the 405 from LAX area to the 101fwy towards Woodland Hills.
Most days at rushhour traffic moves at 0-15mph, lanesharing allows me to move at 45mph. When I come home late or after my nightclass, I can typically cruise at 90ish and just last night (Saturday) coming back from Orange County a buddy and I rode along at 120.
