No, but I have a copy of it. I wouldn't mind sending it to someone if they had a way to distribute it. I made an .ISO out of the CD, then zipped the ISO and got it down to 57.4MB. I think the restriction was that you had to prove you had a copy of the paper version to get a copy of the CD, or at least that's what I had to do. Ideas anyone?
