Derek, I think it was me. Love them! Got 12k out of my
first set and am in the process of spooning on a
second
set. I like the way they "roll" into a corner rather
than "fall"into one. Handling is extremely stable at
high speeds. Good sticking wet or dry.
My riding style is fast but smooth.
In other words I'll cruise all day long on trips
80-90 mph with occasional bursts to 130 when conditins
will allow. Sunday back road riding, ranges from
30-120 mph. I like to get my moneys worth and ride
them
till the rear is nearly smooth all way round, so most
would probably not duplicate my wear life out of a
set.
As I said at the time, of my first writing I spoke to
the factory rep at Honda Hoot a few years ago when
they first introduced the MEZ4s and he showed me
pictures of factory testing with the GTS...and it was
a RED one, like mine! So of course that closed the
deal
right there. I understand from others on the list that
you can't go wrong with the Pirellis either but I
have not tried them. Just my thoughts.Happy and safe
riding.
-Pete
