Sorry, after having re-read your question I have to specify: The tank-BAG has no cut-outs, but the tank-COVER has cut-outs (shuts/opens with a zipper)for compartment and tanklid.
However, used in combination with a original Bagster tank bag (like the one I'm selling), there is "snap-release-locks" to lift the bag up in the rear, while it's still hinged in the front. A fast and practical way to get to the compartment and tanklid (even when the bag is fully stuffed...) Tor S. Olsen
