I second that.....low tire pressures (even 2-3 lbs) seem to have a large
effect on this bike.

I run 39-40 in front and 42 in back, with stock size tires.

what tyre pressures are you running , is the front tyre worn badly , what
make of tyres are on your bike .
You say it feels like the bike is fighting you for control , i've had this
feeling , it was an under inflated front tyre on mine , felt like it was
